Are there any alternatives to medical treatment for rosacea? - rosacea treatment

Recently, I began to see that they episodes of flushing and burning sensation in the cheeks and chin. Dish eventually (after one or two days), but I'm sure it's rosacea, since my family history of disease.

Not really want to take antibiotics long term and I am excited about the long-term use of drugs, and I am addressing to the search for alternatives to this problem.
