Sharp chest pain that seems to move around? - chest pain startin at right side of chest

Ok, the last two days I had the pain of this wound in the chest, and move that to a sharp pain in the middle of my back and a burning sensation in the back of my neck and appears to the right mandible and latly goddess of the worst and startin to worry about now.

Has anyone an idea?
